Learning Programs
Discovery Programs
Discovery Consulting helps clients expand their actions and thoughts in ways that enable them to succeed in their changing environments. We provide individual and group coaching along with forward-thinking learning programs that change behavior by facilitating new ways of thinking and acting. The programs combine cutting edge content with innovative instructional design and highly interactive facilitation.
Most of the programs focus on optimal interactions among people at work. We draw on the skills of emotional intelligence, as well as cognitive-behavioral and social psychology to give clients effective tools and mind-sets they will use for continued success. The design and facilitation of the programs keep clients engaged, challenged and focused on learning, leading to long-lasting and effective learning.
